Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Powered by four all-conference performers, Mount Mercy College won its second consecutive league title at the 2007 Midwest Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Jones Park.
Mount Mercy sophomore Mallory Marshall was named Women’s Harrier of the Year after claiming her second MCC championship in a row with a time of 20:20 in the 5K. Her victory also extended a streak of 11 straight titles by a Mount Mercy woman at the conference meet.

The Mustangs won the team title, their sixth overall and third in the past five years, with 25 points. St. Ambrose was runner-up with 32 points, followed by Grand View College with 67.
